Terms of use

1. Purpose

CardPulse, published by SW MEDIAS (SIREN 828 939 843, 68 rue du Maréchal Foch, 54130 Saint-Max, France), is an online information service about the European market for sports trading cards (football, NBA basketball and other sports): indicative values, trends, sales history and editorial articles. Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. User account

An account is required to contribute. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and not to create multiple accounts in order to influence prices.

3. Contributions

Contributions (cards, variants, observed prices, sources) are reviewed before publication. By submitting a contribution you warrant its accuracy and grant CardPulse a free, non-exclusive licence to publish, adapt and include it in the price database. False or manipulated data, unlawful or defamatory content and anything infringing third-party rights are forbidden.

4. Moderation

Moderators may approve, reject, edit or remove any contribution, and suspend an account in case of breach — without notice in case of obvious abuse.

5. Value of the prices

Displayed values are estimates based on observed sales and community contributions. They are neither a certified appraisal nor investment advice. CardPulse does not guarantee that the data is complete or accurate and cannot be held liable for a buying or selling decision based on it.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is". CardPulse may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site, in particular for maintenance.

7. Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time at contact@cardpulse.fr.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, French courts have jurisdiction.
