Events and member area
Bookings record your identity, email, edition, order and tickets. QR codes, statuses and entry-check dates support admission and cancellations. Exhibitor and partner inquiries record contact details, company where provided, city, profile and message. Interest lists record email, city, profile, card interests and optional message to provide updates about the relevant project; they are not bookings.
Your collection, purchase prices and alerts support the tracking requested in your account. A booking destination is saved in session storage to resume after sign-in. Commercial inquiries are used to contact you; they do not subscribe you to a general newsletter.
Cookies
CardPulse uses no advertising cookie and no third-party analytics tracker. Only cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep your session signed in are used; they do not require prior consent.
Retention and providers
Specific retention periods for accounts, orders, entry checks and inquiries must be defined by SW Médias based on purposes and applicable obligations. The provider list and transfer safeguards require validation before this policy is finalised. No unapproved retention period is stated here.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@cardpulse.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
